PVDF is short for Poly Vinylidene Fluoride, it has excellent chemical stability, excellent chemical resistance, and excellent thermal stability. It can be long operated under the temperature from -40℃ to 140℃. Furthermore, it’s one of the perfect insulation materials with a high dielectric constant. it can resist all mediums like salt acid, alkaline, arene, halogen and so on except for hydrochloric acid and strong solvent. It also enjoys the merits like no flame, breaking resistance, wear resistance and good self lubricating property.


PVDF resin has several manufacturers around the world, Arkema, Solvay, 3M, etc, for injection and extrusion process, we use Kyanr PVDF 710 and 740. The following is the property index.
